I designed some Jolly Holly cards for my Christmas in July Stamp-a-Stack class. They use the new Jolly Holly bundle released as a July Online Exclusive. I always seem to struggle with one of the three designs…this time is was the Cherry Cobbler based card. I designed three versions before I was happy with it. Anyway, here are the designs. The first one is a Shaded Spruce card base utilizing the embossing folder. I love the holly embossed on vellum, but it looks even better with white behind it. The gold embossed holly is colored with Blends: Darling Ducking (D) and Soft Sea Foam (D).

Here is the one I struggled with. I’m happy with this final version especially with the gold foil and vellum that I added.

The last design uses the Hybrid Embossing Folder and die combo that comes with this bundle. I think this one would also be great looking with Basic Beige in place of the Crumb Cake.
