For organizing the new packaging, I’m using larger magnetic sheets. I bought 8-1/2″ x 11″ sheets to cut in half for the new size of envelope packaging. Since I want to keep the stamps and dies in the same envelope, I found that I had to cut an additional 1/4″ off the width of the magnetic sheets so they slide in and out easily. Therefore, they’re 8-1/2″ tall by 5-1/4″ wide. I’ll get two per sheet from these 8-1/2″ x 11″ sheets. Also, they’re 30mil thick which is a little thicker than the 20mil smaller sheets I was using in the DVD cases. I like that they feel a little sturdier.

Here is the new Petals of Beauty stamp set and dies in their individual envelopes.

Here is the new magnetic sheet size I cut with the dies added. I still want to have a label on the magnetic sheet so when I pull it out to use, I know which set it goes to.

Here’s the three bundles I have so far re-organized into a single envelope…front view and then back view. Stamps, dies, and inserts all in one folder per bundle. So, I guess I don’t need to buy more plain envelopes since I will create an extra every time I buy a bundle. These bundles will all be available to customers on November 4th.

I also plan to buy some acrylic crates for organizing the new packaging so that they’re easy to flip through. Right now, I’ve got this wood crate that will suffice. Some friends told me you can get cheap acrylic refrigerator crate organizers at the dollar stores. So, I’ll definitely be checking that out.
