Yesterday, I did a charity class making breast cancer cards to be donated. Eleven of us made 80 breast cancer cards in 4 designs for donation to the Susan G. Komen organization. Monthly, I do a card class for these ladies that live in a over 55 community. This month, the community director wanted to donate cards for breast cancer awareness month. I also donated the 8 sample cards I made, which made it a total of 88 cards. It was a card assembly marathon, but it only took us about two and a half hours since I did most of the pre-work on the cards.
Here’s the card designs using mostly retired stamps, embossing folders, paper, and embellishments. The stamp/die bundle is Ribbon of Courage from a few years back.

Here’s the ladies working on the cards.

And, me and my helper, Peggy…we both made 8-10 each as well.

Since I don’t own a pink Stampin’ Up! shirt, I borrowed my daughter’s shirt for the event. This is one that she caught at an OnStage event when they launch t-shirts into the crowd.
Happy Stampin’

Where did you get the large ribbon die? I’d love to get one.
All the cards are beautiful!
It’s a retired bundle (stamp set & dies) called Ribbon of Courage. I’m selling mine, but I’m out of town at the moment. If you’d like to buy it from me, I’ll look to make sure I still have it and the price for you. Let me know.
I still have the bundle, it’s $45 and I’ll give you free shipping if you’d like to buy it. Please email me by March 9th to let me know. [email protected]
