I did a home party last weekend and made this cute Detailed Baubles tin for my hostess. These Stampin’ Up! distressed tins were from several years back, and I still had a few new ones. I used the new Detailed Baubles dies and some silver foil paper to make the ornament. Also, the holly leaves are from the Poinsettia Dies.
My hostess can use the tin for holding cards she plans to give or cards she received. The berries are from Wonderful Gems, and I just used dimensionals to attach the ornament and holly leaves.
Her friends had a good time making two different cards. And, I took a couple of photos of the fun.
Most of them were new to stamping, so I suggested they order from the Kits by Stampin’ Up! Collection. So, they took my advise and most of them ordered one or two kits. The most popular kit was the Sentimental Rose kit.
I also packaged up some handmade cards from an older kit and gave them out as door prizes. They loved winning those. I can’t wait to teach these ladies again.
