Last weekend, I hosted an Easter craft retreat for some team and stamp club members. When I originally booked the retreat, I didn’t realize it would land on Easter weekend. However, since it did, I treated everyone to an adult Easter egg hunt. So, I bought Easter tin buckets at the dollar store and goodies to hide. But not just regular goodies…my treats included mini bottles of alcohol, plastic eggs with stamps & Stampin’ Up! bookmarks inside, & spools of ribbon. Of course, I had more traditional Reese’s peanut butter eggs too. Also, I bought bunny ears for me since I was the “Easter Bunny”.

Everyone had a great time searching the house for all the goodies. I limited the hunt to the kitchen, dining room, living room, and the bedroom no one was staying in.

After everything was found, they traded for which mini alcohol bottles they wanted. Kim had the most and Tisha didn’t find any, so some trades were chocolate for alcohol.

Of course, we stamped and crafted all weekend too. Here’s one of my Sunrise Sailing cards…I played exclusively with new products from the May catalog.

We managed to take a group photo before anyone left. A few of the group had Sunday Easter plans with family.

As usual, we all had an amazing time at our Easter Craft Retreat laughing, sharing stories, stamping, scrapbooking, painting, listening to music, and watching a few movies.
Happy Stampin’
