I’ve had my Gorgeous Posies Card Kit for several months, but finally made the sixteen cards. Next month, I’m having an in person class with these kits by request from one of my stamp club members. I love the metallic detail on them, the color scheme, and the gorgeous box.
Here is a better look at the four card designs. The kit makes four of each design, and they are standard card size. As always, I added Basic White inserts in every card stamped with posies and dots from the stamp set.
I had quite a few leftover greetings since the kit includes at least two extra of each shape. There was also leftover ribbon, twine, flowers, and leaves. I decided to make three more designs with some of the leftovers while I had everything out. However, I did add some Blackberry Bliss ribbon on two of them and some gold twine. The flower in the coordinating stamp set stamps beautifully! It has way more dimension than I expected.
Since this kit is from the annual catalog, it’s at least available through April (or while supplies last). The catalog retirement list (Last-Chance Products Sale) comes out tomorrow, and usually the kits don’t carry-over. So, if you love it, you should order it soon.
