Last weekend I had a mini Halloween Team retreat at Moments Retreat. It was a “mini” since I only had four team members attending. We usually have at least ten of us. Plus, it included Halloween! We’ve never done a retreat on Halloween before. I bought us some fun bat necklaces, wore my renaissance witch hat, gave everyone Halloween treat boxes, brought a big bag of candy, and bought some Halloween candles (flame-less) to celebrate. Most of us wore Halloween themed t-shirts too.
My daughter and I worked on our scrapbooks this go around. Yes, I finally started my wedding scrapbook!!! I should have printed more photos since I did all of the ones I printed and then had to shift to cards on Saturday and Sunday…I made twenty cards. Here’s one of my layouts for engagement photos before finalizing and taping it down. Titles and journal blocks will be later. I completed nine double-page 12×12 spreads…so eighteen pages total!

Lynn joined us for the first time…she just joined my team in May. Here’s a group photo of the four of us in our team shirts. We wore team shirts on Saturday which is also our grill night. I think we drank wine every evening…lol.
Here I am designing cards on Saturday. I’m so happy with all the projects I completed during our Halloween team retreat. Not to mention all the fun I had spending time with these ladies. Plus, we met two new groups that were staying in the other rooms…it was almost a full house! I can’t wait for the next one in April.
