Here are the projects I designed for my January Stamp Nights.  The first one used a technique right out of the Stampin’ Up! Spring Catalog.  I brushed Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint all over the embossed Swallowtail using an Aqua Painter.  Then, I finished it off with the Sale-a-bration ribbon and 3 connected pearls.
