This weekend was my semi-annual Just Crop, Shop, & Create Expo vendor show.  It was great to connect and re-connect with local scrapbookers and stampers Friday and Saturday at the show.  Next year, we will have an additional date in May for this crop & shop expo.  I debuted my new banner sign at the show and got some compliments on it.  Although, I need another banner underneath to explain that I’m an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator since my brand name caused some confusion.  Stampin’ Up! supports and actually encourages us to brand ourselves with our own business name which I love!

2024 Dates for the Just Crop Shop & Create Expo in Grapevine:

  • January 19-20
  • May 17-18
  • July 12-13

One of my team members helped me each day, Debbie on Friday and Samantha on Saturday.  Here is Debbie and me during a break in shoppers on Friday.

We had fewer ladies than anticipated do our make’n’take, but those that did loved it.  So, Samantha and I made the left over cards during a break in shopping later in the day on Saturday.

Since most of these ladies are scrapbookers, maybe I’ll do a 2-page 6×6 or 8×8 layout out next year for the make’n’take.  Those sizes can be sized up easily into a 12×12 layout by adhering to card stock or a designer paper.

All in all, it was a great weekend at the Just Crop, Shop, & Create Expo vendor show.  My next vendor show is at a local high school, Pearce, on Halloween weekend.  This one has all kinds of vendors, so not just crafting.  Since I’ve also met lots of great ladies there, I’m looking forward to that show as well.

Happy Stampin’
