My first impression of the Masterfully Made designer paper was that it was too colorful for me. I’m more of a mono-tone girl. But, it kept grabbing my attention, and I love how the ripped and embossed texture is captured in the paper’s design. I finally ordered it and played with it a couple of days ago…yep, it’s a new favorite. Of course, I ordered it at full price (less demonstrator discount), but now it’s on sale all this month! This is definitely one that should go on your list while it’s on sale.
I designed the Berry Burst card to send to my email contest winners. If you’re not on my weekly mailing list, now’s a good time to join (before the next contest starts).
I created this next design for my Stamp Clubs this month. My club members can use the mono-tone side or the more colorful side of the paper. Here’s the samples using both sides of the same sheet.
I’m loving this Masterfully Made designer paper and will probably try to make a bunch of these easy designs with all the different colored sheets in the pack.
I already had a customer ask me if the spiral edge on the paper was a punch or die. The spiral edge is actually a 6″ long die included in the bundle. So, you can actually add the edge to the top of a 6″ piece of paper and then cut into smaller sizes like I did on the “Hello” card (1-1/2″ wide cuts).
Check out my recent video for a close up of all the sheets:
“Hello” Card Colors: Berry Burst, Azure Afternoon, Basic White, Fresh Freesia
