Have you noticed the Patterned Tags dies in the online store or the Holiday Mini Catalog? I used these to create my annual Christmas tag class. Normally, I do Christmas card stamp-a-stacks through October and then switch to Christmas tags in November or early December. This November is so busy that I decided for early November for this class and no stamp-a-stacks in December. Here’s the storage box we are decorating and the dozen tags I designed.

The storage box is a retired box from Stampin’ Up! that I have several packages of. I love how the Patterned Tags dies have 3 patterns and one solid tag die. This way, you can double them up and they swing open. However, since they have all those cut outs on the patterns, I’ll write my “to/from” on the back side. Plus, I thought the striped pattern was perfect for doing in red and white so I could use the little peppermints to accent them.
Colors: Mossy Meadow, Soft Sea Foam, Real Red, Basic White, Crumb Cake, Gold, Pecan Pie
Supplies:
Do you make your own tags every Christmas? I do and gather them up to re-use for future years. I have them color coded in boxes so I can find the perfect tags easily when I’m wrapping gifts each year.
