I enjoyed seeing everyone at the Grapevine vendor show last weekend, especially the young crafters.  Several ladies were shopping with or cropping with nieces, daughters, and grand-daughters.  It was just great to see these beautiful young ladies sewing, scrapbooking, and making cards.  Here’s one of those young ladies doing my make’n’take at the show.

Also, right across the aisle from me were three young crafters.  One of them was sewing rope bowls and rope trivets that she learned how to make at this same show on a previous visit (see the sewing machine below that she was using).  I talked to her and was very impressed with her skills.  And, you can see another little lady in the bottom right corner who was working on several different projects and kits throughout the show.  It’s great to see our crafts and skills being passed down to the next generation.

Of course, us “older” ladies had a great time at the show too.  Here’s a few photos of me setting up, 2 ladies that completed my make’n’take, and me and my daughter during the show.

The next Grapevine show will be January 17th & 18th.  But before that, I’ll be doing the Pearce Pacesetter Holiday bazaar the weekend before Halloween.  Plus, the Stamp, Scrap, Art Tour in Mesquite, TX on January 10th-12th.

Happy Stampin’
