I thought the Every Chapter stamp set was perfect for making a double frame around it. Inspired by a project in one of the Stampin’ Up! catalogs, I designed this double frame card technique for my stamp club to do. I also heat embossed the image in black to make it easier to color in with the Blends.
Here’s a close up of the frame. When you apply the frame pieces in the right order, they will interlock automatically. It’s outside left and right, then outside top and bottom, then inside left and right, then inside top and bottom.
I used Wink of Stella on the glass in the glasses so it would look like real glass. Also, in case you’re wondering, the little bird on the envelope is from the Happy Hedgehogs stamp set.
