The New Horizons designer series paper and On The Horizon stamp set are perfect for the Double-Time Stamping technique. The paper does most of the work. Usually, you stamp a background all over your card stock for this technique. But using this paper and a few stamps die cut with the rectangle stitched dies gives you a beautiful Double-Time Stamping technique card with very little effort.
Here is the technique book write up I did for my stamp club. We used Evening Evergreen or Blackberry Bliss for the trees depending on what colors were in the paper each person had to stamp on.
