Check out this Retiform Technique using the Hearts of Elegance bundle and masking paper. Using all browns and Very Vanilla gives it an antique look. Plus, I just love browns and monochromatic cards. I didn’t include it in the supply list below, but I also used Wink of Stella on the die cut heart. Unfortunately, Wink of Stella hardly ever shows up in photos…it’s more of an in person wow!

Since this card was a monthly club technique, I also did a video for it. Take a watch and leave me a comment.

Here’s the technique journal page with the little sample. I like to decorate my journal page with designer series paper or stamps to coordinate with either the technique or the images. This is paper from the Iconic Celebrations…I was trying to mimic the angles in the technique…lol. Plus, the paper was perfect for coordinating with these colors.

I would love to try this Retiform Technique with blues too. Let me know in the comments if you’ve tried other color combos. I’m also busy making samples from the new January mini catalog and Sale-a-Bration Brochure that go live on January 7th.
