I used the Simply Zinnia for this cool torn roll back reveal technique this month in my Stamp Club. The Flowering Zinnias Suite Collection is an Online Exclusive and has gorgeous paper. I don’t usually go for the bright, colorful paper, but this paper is just beautiful! Here’s the technique that I’m calling Torn Roll Back Reveal. I saw it from another demonstrator so it’s been around for a while. So, here’s my version.
This collection includes Adhesive-Backed Shiny Sequins in matching colors to the paper, however, when I finally purchased this suite, the sequins were out of stock. So, I used Fine Purple Gems. But, the sequins appear to be back in stock now. I included a link to the entire suite below in case you want those too.
Also, I designed a mini sample for our club technique journals. Here’s the mini version in my journal. Of course, I had to decorate my page with zinnias and more dragonflies.
But wait, there’s more! I also recorded a short video to demonstrate the technique. Take a look and leave me a little comment if you watch (even one word comments are greatly appreciated!). Plus, I’d love to hear about other techniques you’d like to see demonstrated…always adding to my video idea list 🙂
Here’s the video:

Love the book ideas with your cards and directions. This is the first time I am seeing something like this. I would like to know what type of book you are using. That is amazing and thank you for sharing. Your cards are gorgeous.
Somehow, I’m just seeing your comment… I ordered some sketch books from Amazon to use as Technique Journals… and thanks!
